Research On The Rural Financial Ecological Management In Weihai

The construction of rural ecological management is essential for the development of the rural economy. Lack of development space, low quality of service and inadequate supervision have been affecting the construction effective of rural financial ecological management. So the exploring of factors in rural financial ecological management construction, is very important for the improvement of the rural financial ecological management.Based on rural finance development theory, this paper does a deep analysis and research on the problem of the construction of rural financial ecological management and establish a theory model for it, which noting that the rural financial ecological management should constructed form three aspects, which are factors that affects rural finance, rural finical balance of supply and demand and regulatory mechanisms of financial ecology. The factors that affects rural finance including political factors, economic factors, legal factors and credit factors that affect rural financial ecology; rural finical balance of supply and demand including two aspects, that are supply and demand, the demand refers to the analyze of local governments, farmers, rural enterprises and related agricultural industries and the supply refers to the construction of traditional supply, informal finance and new rural financial supply; the construction of financial regulatory mechanisms refers to not only the internal regulatory mechanisms, such as profit maximization subject of supply and demand, competition pressure and natural selection, but also external factors, such as regulate financial regulation and financial innovation.Combined with the actual situation Weihai Rural Financial Eco-management and application were discussed combining in-depth analysis of the status quo,to identify the problems and reasons Weihai rural ecological management of financial,proposes to solve Weihai Rural Financial Ecology Management Countermeasures and Suggestions issues.The construction of rural financial ecological management model and empirical analysis of Weihai has certain significance for future research on rural financial ecological management construction.
