After rectification, advocating value management by regulators, subject of value management has quickly become the focus of capital market, the market value of management practice, are also in full swing, but there is no lack of some disguise the violation behavior, market value management in the name of the "pseudo" value management behavior not only brings to the listed companies and investors interests, a lot of harm, also affect the healthy development of the market value of management. And make the right evaluation based on market value management, help to set up the correct value of different subjects in the management idea, can also encourage listed companies to take reasonable and effective method of strategy, for effective value management, thus further promoting the development of the listed company in the future, protect the interests of the investors.Based on LETV as a business enterprise, this paper adopts normative research method and case analysis two methods to evaluate the value of networks management analysis. First of all, based on market value management related literature at home and abroad systematically comb, elaborates the basic theory, combining the specific situation of the case company- LETV, at present the most authoritative value management performance evaluation system, modified in this paper, the market value of management evaluation model are obtained. Secondly, an overview of the basic situation of the LETV management of the market value of the market, mainly from two aspects of market changes in the market value of the market and the market value of management strategies. First LETV market trends and the gem index, the main business income compared, to analyze the variation of its market value, and the equity incentive of LETV, mergers and acquisitions, reorganization, major shareholders holdings introduce and analyse its influence and has taken the market management strategy. Again, according to the modified market capitalization management evaluation model, using the data from 2010 to 2015 of LETV, calculate LETV over the years the market value management evaluation index numerical, again according to the calculated results, from the value creation and value realization and premium factor of these three aspects to implement further analysis, draw a conclusion of LETV evaluation of market value management.According to the evaluation analysis concluded that the market capitalisation of LETV improved overall management level, but there are still or some problems, such as the basis of LETV declining value creation ability, ability to implement value rise a lot in recent years, but the index value fluctuation is bigger, easy to bring to the company’s market capitalisation unstable bad impression, and with the difference of each index value creation is bigger and bigger, the company’s market value and operating performance may disconnect between risk, etc. In view of the current situation of LETV, this paper gives some suggestions on the improvement of market value management from the aspects of profitability, capital operation, investor relations management, crisis public relations and so on.
