Differentiation Competitiveness Of City Commercial Banks

With the increasingly fierce competition in the banking industry, the difference competition of city commercial banks is gradually being concerned. City commercial competition can not only enhance the competitiveness of their own, but also can improve the structure of China’s banking industry to meet the needs of China’s financial reform. However, how to improve the competitiveness of the city commercial banks to make it able to accurately position in the competitive banking industry is an important issue to be resolved in our city. This article through carries on the analysis of Z bank competitive differentiation, find out the key to develop,and to improve their competitiveness. Through this study can help the development of city commercial banks in China.This paper describes the background and significance of this paper, followed by the history and current situation of city commercial banks in China, and environmental analysis of the problem of China’s city commercial development where, and points out that city commercial banks in China implement poor dissimilation competition is inevitable. Finally, the introduction of exploratory factor analysis model through competitive differentiation Z bank analysis to identify how to enhance the overall strength of the bank through Z competitive differentiation method.
