Our financial environment is being changed greatly during 2005-2006, also it is the critical period for the development of this country's banking industry. Specially, the end of Banking opening of the transition period lead to the survival of China's banking sector has undergone profound changes, our commercial banks have to compete bitterly with the international commercial banks. In the key time of competition and opportunity, How to evaluate and raise commercial bank's competition ability and keep them growing up rapidly is quite important and it is also helpful to theory and practice.This paper analyses our commercial banks with the international commercial banks deeply, and find our advantage and disadvantage in the summarize of actuality and development trend. According with the meaning of commercial bank's competition ability, establish a systematic research framework from the competitive assets, competitive process, and competitive environment with specific indicators of competitiveness. With a statistical factor analysis methods, analysis the various indicators and data of 12 representative commercial banks for quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, to the scientific and comprehensive study of the competitiveness of commercial banks. Finally, based on the empirical analysis of the conclusions, some targeted proposals and Countermeasures to upgrade China's commercial banks competitive are made in this paper.
