With the development of the economic globalization, the foreign direct investment (FDI) in the global spatial layout become more and more widely, the technology spillover effect on the host country’s domestic and foreign scholars attention. Technology Spillover for development in developing countries has far-reaching significance, through the introduction of FDI in developing countries can more quickly obtain foreign advanced technology to enhance their innovation capabilities. This paper reviews the relevant literature on FDI technology spillover and found relatively few studies from a spatial econometric perspective on FDI Technology Spillover conducted from the perspective of spatial measurement technology spillover effect of FDI in ASEAN countries do not research yet.In this paper, when analyzed the current situation of FDI flows into ASEAN c-ountries and found that, FDI inflows mainly from developed countries, but relatively few from developing countries including China’s FDI, unreasonable phenomenon. In the empirical part, analyze and utilize spatial econometric model by ordinary regressi-on model to countries of ASEAN FDI technology spillover overall analysis we found that a country’s R&D capital and general capital, FDI on local technological advances promote. In addition, if the study found that in the case of spatial correlation exists, after the addition of spatial factors, significance level model upgrade, indicating that the geographical area between ASEAN technological Innovation. It has an important role in technological innovation ASEAN countries existence of spatial correlation.Finally, for the absorption of FDI in ASEAN obtaining Technical spills and Chinese direct investment in ASEAN, trying to put forward a number of targeted policy recommendations.
