With the transformation and upgrading of the banking industry, individual high-end customers’contribution to the bank profit is more and more big, therefore, an individual high-end customers as the research object, the problem is necessary to study its loyalty an upgrade, so on the one hand, to improve the service level of Banks, promote the banking industry to promote the efficiency of individual retail business as a whole; On the other hand is advantageous to the commercial Banks to increase customer appeal, contribute to the development of business. Based on the individual high-end customers of the Jinan Branch of CMBC as the research object, through theory review and analysis of empirical research methods, such as sorting out can affect Jinan Branch of CMBC the five factors of individual high-end customer loyalty, and ultimately to the following conclusion:Jinan Branch of CMBC individual high-end customers loyalty ascension requires a combination of many factors. In a sense, in commercial Banks, for customer satisfaction is not the same as loyalty, in real life there are many factors that can affect customer loyalty. The author through a series of analysis and study, roughly divided into five aspects:the influence factors is a brand trust, the customer perceived value, customer satisfaction, customer trust, and the conversion cost factor. So want to improve individual high-end customers loyalty, you first need to do is to cater to their consumption demand, this also is the influence factors of loyalty is the most main, the second is to set up a good brand image, and then the customer satisfaction, customer trust and switching cost is the smallest influence factors, so to speak.In this paper, based on the actual operating condition of Jinan Branch of CMBC, through questionnaire survey and data analysis put forward individual high-end customers loyalty promotion strategy, targeted, the results applied to the practice of the bank’s personal maintenance and upgrading the high-end customer loyalty has guiding significance.This paper is based on high-end customers of Jinan Branch of CMBC, for example, to effectively improve its current high-end customer loyalty strategy is analyzed, based on the basis of empirical analysis, put forward to improve customer trust, customer satisfaction, transformation cost, branding, and so on several aspects of measures, in order to realize the improvement of customer loyalty, the last hope that this article research conclusion to Jinan Branch of CMBC personal business for reference to the improvement of the high-end customer loyalty.
