Banks as an important part of the market economy,has been occupies very important position in China's economic structure,with the development of the Internet and the entry of foreign Banks,Chinese commercial Banks emphasis on customer service and customer loyalty is higher and higher,many commercial Banks have launched its own customer management system(CRM system),but the Banks as advantage in the market economy the main body,in customer service and customer management mostly from their own perspective,not valued customer experience and customer interaction,so this article from the point of view of essence structure of customer management,Puts forward commercial bank internal build customer relationship management system should be established on the basis of information technology,the comprehensive financial business,data information and customer relationship management(CRM)many aspects such as comprehensive management service platform,through the account management system,should be able to effectively improve customer loyalty,and realize the management idea,development strategy,the effective integration of business model.This article through to the Internet under the background of Huaxia Bank customer management system,the present study found that the current in the context of the Internet,Huaxia Bank customer management system still stays in the traditional internal management of the information gathering and filtering,and no effective means to through the account management system to improve customer loyalty,and no customer loyalty management and customer relationship to maintain function and positioning.Under this premise,the Internet financial impact for the traditional commercial Banks mainly reflects in the aspect of customer service and customer loyalty,therefore,Huaxia Bank to improve customer loyalty must be to upgrade existing customer management system of the iteration,add more humanized and personalized features,and cooperate with mobile banking and micro public letter to increase the interaction between the customer and bank,thus effectively improving customer loyalty.Taking the customer management system of Huaxia Bank as an example,this paper puts forward better Suggestions for improving the customer management of China's commercial Banks through the combination of Internet thinking and ideas..
