Research On The Income Distribution Of China’s Private Economy

Since the reform and opening up, China’s private economy has reached a considerable development, and at the same time, China’s private enterprises have been springing up. While promoting the development of productive forces, expanding the employment of workers, and enhancing the comprehensive national strength and other aspects of the positive role, it also brings a lot of problems such as, the income distribution of private economy in our country is not reasonable, the capital income is high, the labor income is low, and the income of workers and capital economy is rapidly expanding. The problem of the expansion of the income distribution gap between labor and capital is the essence and the core of the labor capital relations in the contemporary China’s private economy. How to regulate the income distribution of private economy in the socialist system,to realize the win-win situation between the two sides to ease the labor conflicts,to promote the healthy and sustainable development of private economy and the construction of harmonious labor relations in China has important significance.This thesis is composed of five parts. The first part elaborates Marx and Engels’ s theory of income distribution and China under the condition of socialist market economy on the distribution theory of Marx and Engels innovation. In the second part, the paper points out the present situation of the distribution of private economy in China, and insists on the spirit of criticism. The third part: adhere to the problem analysis by comprehensive view, respectively from the capital, labor and government three main points of view to point out the cause. The fourth part: to see a problem with the eyes of development,and adhere to the basis of materialist dialectics, using conflict principle of the universality and particularity, drawing in western developed capitalist countries to take on the private economy on the issue of income distribution in favor of feasible measures of our country, as I used to. The fifth part: from four aspects including the construction of harmonious labor relations, the supervision and control of public power, the establishment of a sound tax protection system, deepen the reform of production information, to put forward the standard of China’s private economic income distribution.
