After30years of continuous economic reform and opening up program, the promotion of private economy in our country, which bore witness from a crude form of private economy to a full-blown development, has resulted in a strengthened and most important, a stabilized economic power and an increase in a total cumulative economic magnitude. When it reached the mid2007, many goals for private enterprises were attained. Many statistics are unbelievably striking. They are as follows:Private companies rose to a total of3,440,000in number. Registered capital is accrued to4,214,600,000,000yuan. Employment arrived at the figure of47,160,000. Product value multiplied to a marvelous2,008,300,000,000yuan. Retail worth amounted to1,060,300,000,000Yuan in consumer goods. Export-oriented companies are totaled744443.17,496,800,000,000computed profit was earned through export. Thus our private economy is obviously the key and foundation of our national economy.With further progression in reform, the opening up, and the improvement of marketing condition in relation to the national economy, labor-capital relation is increasingly becoming a crucial subject and sensitive social problem in the process of economic development. Harmonious and stable labor relation is the main indicator of the people’s confidence and the observable prosperity of the nation. Namely, it is a credible sign of a flourishing nation, and the prevalence of peace and the governmental policies concurred and accepted by the masses.From the perspective of a studied research of our current private enterprises, in respect to economic principles, systems, marketing models, and business in general, case studies and recent situation report, and etc. The prevailing critical labor relation is expatiated in a comprehensive and systematic way, which is utmost in the criteria of necessary consideration.Brief reviews on the evidence of the subject of labor relation, and the method of research, the ramifications with regard to labor relations in private enterprises, and the latest innovations on this sensitive area are included in this prefatory.Chapter OneGeneral discussion on our current private enterprises. Firstly,the existence and development of our private enterprises isthoroughly reviewed. Secondly, the growing tendency of ourprivate enterprises is analyzed in reliable data and infallibletables, and suggested tested policies are also proposed in thisexpatiation.Chapter TwoBrief introduction on critical labor relation. Firstly, the concept and features concerning it are primarily discussed. Secondly, the main theory on labor relations, advocated by various schools of western Marxism, or as discussed by Mao Zedong, and Jiang Zemin, is explained. Furthermore, the progress of the new labor relation is introduced here. Last, but not the least, the current national situation of labor relations is studied.Chapter ThreeThe nature of labor relation, featuring its conflict, and the collaboration of employers and employees, is dealt with in this chapter. Analysis on the definition, types and representations of the conflict provides a way in the quest for a solution. Accordingly, the analysis on the definition and the content of the cooperation also enlightens us on the easing of the pressure of labor relation from a collision cause, and instead, to concentrate on the reaping of benefits for the both parties. Whereby the relationships between the conflict, and cooperation as collaboration are manifested by numerous cases on record.Chapter FourIn terms of labor relation of our private enterprises under the internal workings and external influence,"The primitive three committees", such as party organization, labor union and workers’congress, and "The new three committees", such as the shareholders’committee, directorate and board of supervisors, are the representatives of internal workings, while the external influences range from economic, political and social cultural environment.Chapter FiveIt mainly focuses on the distribution and social security concerning labor relations of our private enterprises.Chapter SixBy listing several cases on labor-capital dispute in private enterprises, the chapter predicts that a new vista will open up in the domain of the development of labor relations policy, First, ly labor relations and the rules of labor, Second, ly by listing some laws of America, Germany and Japan about labor-capital, Third, ly by listing many cases of our private interprises in labor-capital Finally, it fully explains how to build a standard and harmonious labor-relation which shall serve as legal mechanism.Chapter SevenThe subject is about the formation of the new labor-relation in private enterprises under a socialist market economy. The experience of developed country in this field inevitably inspired us to form the three parties’negotiation mechanisms, which proved to be more suitable to us in the long run. Moreover, the goal needs to be achieved by positively leading the private enterprise to develop a penchant for innovation of system. And finally form a new and conclusive management concept-management basing on sensible reasoning.
