Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Rural Financial Services In Hebei Province

China is a populous country in the world. The agricultural development is related to people’s livelihood. Funding is the bottleneck of agricultural transformation, and how to solve problems such as high-risk, high-cost and small amount of money existing in rural finance has been the key to agricultural industrialization, to building a new socialist countryside. As the traditional formal financial institutions, they can’t meet the needs of rural finance, and the informal financial institutions also need to actively guide and standardize. Good research on rural financial services, intensified construction of rural financial facilities as well as good control of the risk of rural finance will promote agricultural industrialization and occupy the wide rural market. In recent years, China’s rural finance has undergone a major reform to establish the basic rural financial system, but bounded by many factors some problems have not been addressed fundamentally, such as imbalance between supply and demand of rural financial services, incomplete range of rural financial system, defects in laws and regulations, the lack of innovation in financial products and services. In other aspects, there are many defects, such as low operational efficiency about rural financial institutions, single type of products and services, lack of good credit environment and so on. Therefore, we must target specific problems and propose appropriate countermeasures, which requires not only government departments and related financial institutions efforts, but also the concern of the whole society. Actively carry out the reform of rural financial services and innovation, in order to establish a sound rural financial service system.This thesis studies financial problems in Hebei province and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
