The Study On Game Analysis And Model Innovation Of Financing Guarantee For SMEs

SMEs are the main force of social and economic development, and the trouble of SME financing has become a worldwide problem. At the end of 2013, domestic SMEs accounted for more than 60% of the total output value of GDP, and the difficulty of financing lead to a decline of the development quality and speed of SMEs, thereby directly affect the stability of China’s economic development. The credit guarantee institution is an effective way to ease the financing of SMEs. Since now in China, the guarantee system is based on policy guarantee and supplemented by commercial guarantee and mutual guarantee. So the research on China’s policy guarantee system development direction and mode of its development is very important. Firstly, this paper analyses the relationship between banks and enterprises by establishing a game model, and introduce the background of the guarantee institutions.Then in view of the present situation of the guarantee system in our country, this paper makes a research on the risk sharing of the guarantee institutions and banks in the loan, and introduces the innovation mode of the current financing guarantee through theoretical model analysis and case study. At last putting forward suggestions to the innovation direction of our country’s financing guarantee in the future.
