At the market level,The business gets a positive response from The Commercial Banks and Enterprises, because, on the one hand, It broaden the scope of business, helps Banks to reduce costs and increase revenue; on the other hand;It greatly reduces financing costs of Enterprises, has become an important financial power to help Enterprises to expand overseas. Under the action of variety of factors, Cross-border RMB settlement volume increased year by year,however, with the rapid development, it also exposed some problems. Take a research on Cross-border RMB of Commercial Banks is important and essential.This paper combines the theoretical knowledge and practical operation. Firstly, this paper summarizes the relevant research of Cross-border RMB. Secondly, the paper analyzes the current situation of Cross-border RMB, and analyzed the motivation of The Country、The Enterprises、The Commercial Banks. Suzhou-Branch is a pilot bank of Agricultural Bank of China in Cross-border RMB, It has representativeness at Cross-border RMB settlement volume and innovation capacity, this paper takes it as a sample, looks for the problems and causes in the process of promoting the business, analyzes the case of HSBC、Standard Chartered、China Merchants Bank、Bank of Communications and get some inspirations. At last, this paper put forward some recommendations, aims to help the sample improve Cross-border RMB business. Simultaneously, provide some suggestions for the Commercial Banks to curry out the business.
