The Analysis On Current Private Lending In China From The Perspective Of Marxism Production Relations

In the new century, as a useful complement for the formal finance, the private lending in China which has been enjoying a rapid development momentum, has played a positive role in promoting China’s financial reform and economic development.Undeniably, lacking of targeted theoretical guidance, the private lending in China has been developing in a chaotic state; it has been run on the margins of the law, or in the hesitation of adopting the innovation or reference policy, gradually resulting in huge financial risks and social risks. In this thesis,with the guidance of the Marxist materialism and the theories on interest-bearing capital, the private lending is regarded as an economic relation from the research perspective of relations of production, and analyzed from the history and reality dimensions resprctively.It fully demonstrates the social and historical conditions for the generation and development of the private lending, as well as the basic characteristicsl; and on this basis, it draws inspirations and recommendations for the healthy development of private lending capital.The thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter mainly gives the definitions for private lending and its conformationin inChina. In this chapter, the connotation of private lending is expounded, and the private lending relationship is analyzed.The second chapter expounds the basic characteristics and the development trend of the current private lending in China from the production relations perspective.This part applies Marx’s interest-bearing capital theory to explain the developments and changes of private lending relationship.The third chapter summarizes some methds for the development of private lending in China, on the basis of analysis of the marxism point of view on private lending. With the Chinese characteristics and dialectical materialism, it makes relative suggestions for the development of private lending with Chinese characteristics according the advantages and disadvantages of the private lending.
