This thesis is composed of two parts: Case and Case Analysis.Author illustrates such as an event in the Case section: SC is a small private consulting service firm specialized in the agency service of intellectual property, company registration, and taxation. It is introduced from such aspects as organization, business management status. With a review of the business development strategic, based on its business character and strategic achievement, from the current state of the specific analysis to identify existing problems. With the change of the policy has brought opportunities at the same time, it also bring challenges.Rising cost as well as intense competition are curbing profits. Income source structure is singular and the services that serve previously unmet client needs. That is the existent problems.During the section of cases analysis, opportunities and challenges of the company is researched through the analysis of the enterprise development environment. On the basis of observation and study of the case, research methods used in the thesis are : literature study, case analysis, interview,Five Competitive Forces. The thesis focuses on value creation research from the new perspectives:core resources and innovative driving, and how to achieve competitive advantage through intermediate mechanism, then realize enterprise value and profit. it is from customer’s inner needs as value proposition to design the solution of value creation, and aimed at resolving these problems. The framework in this thesis is based on the value network and integrates with the customer’s needs. It is enriched the innovation from the perspective of value network, and provide the theoretical support and guidance to the related consulting service company’s development and transformation in practice.
