Research On Tax Service Management Of The Tax Service Hall Of GuangZhou A Municipal Local Taxation Bureau

Providing a convenient, economical and efficient tax service for taxpayers is the main goal of building a service-oriented tax authority. The tax service hall is an important part of the tax authorities of tax collection and management, and is directly main place provid ing tax service, as an important part of the tax service, to a large extent determines the tax service development level of a region. The building of C hina’s tax service hall is still at the initial stage, tax service levels are uneven around the country, the tax service management standard has not been unified and standardized, especially,there is still a gap when it’s compared with foreign advanced tax service practice.Therefore, the study on the Optimization of tax service hall ‘s tax service management, which can improve the service quality of the tax service hal, have strong practical significance to improve the service level of tax service.This article is mainly use of the literature research 、 participating in the observation.Through the field research of the service management of the tax service hall of Guangzhou A municipal local taxation bureau, the article firstly finds the problems and analyses the causes,than, on the basis of domestic and foreign advanced tax service experience, Combining with theory of new public management and service design concept,it proposes:establishing the taxpayers’ demand oriented service concept, improving the internal management system to improve staff quality, realizing the flating management of the business processes, improving the electronic tax system, perfecting the taxpayer service supervision system,hoping which can improve the service management of the tax service hall of Guangzhou A municipal local taxation bureau.
