Study On The Service Innovation's Plurlistic And Harmonious System

The position of services has been constantly improving in the present socio-economic life, service innovation has become the important component of enterprises' core competitiveness. Enterprises, products, markets, service providers and customers have close interaction, exploring the pluralistic and harmony system architecture, features and mechanisms of service innovation is the central issue that this thesis is desirous to solved.This article, in a basis of service innovation theory, creatively presented the concepts of service innovation's pluralistic and harmonious system, and analyzed the background of the era of service innovation, the importance and the main problems and their causes, from the aspect of innovative services system' subject and object relations, analyzed the diversity, harmony, dynamic and cohesiveness of service innovation system, presented the analogy which service innovation is "the system of human", that is to regard service philosophy as service innovation mind regard the service economics, management studies, psychology and sociology as a service innovation body and regard innovation theory as service innovation's limbs system.Based on the above analysis, this article proposed a guiding ideology of service innovation that combined the service philosophy, management philosophy, systems philosophy and harmonious concepts. As for the perspective of services philosophy, from the aspects of service concepts, culture of service, service tools, service products and services management and etc, this article systematically explored the components and main measures of service innovation's pluralistic harmonious system and reached the following basic conclusions:(l)the components of service innovation's pluralistic harmonious system is a pluralistic, multi-level, multi-directional dynamic adaptation process, have typical systematic character, this article focused on the "harmonious" of innovation.(2)the maximization of customers' interests and the maximization of enterprises' profits is the contradictions line of whole Service system's evolution.(3)Customer!s demand is the basic starting point of service innovation.
