Research On The Influence Of FDI In Service Industry To Shandong Province Service Trade Exports

The service industry plays a more and more important role in national economy in the environment of arisen global service economy.Service's attraction to FDI is exceeding manufacturing industry gradually,the proportion of services in international trade is rapidly rising as well.The global FDI also began to enter the service,the manufacturing industry FDI is no longer better than services,FDI has been transferred to the services.Foreign direct investment(FDI),as an important factor of production,has an important influence on the regional distribution,which promotes the development of economy and the progress of technology.Because of its geographical location,Shandong province has unique advantages in attracting FDI.Since China's accession to the WTO,Shandong has followed the footsteps of our country to expand the degree of opening to the outside world,and the scale of attracting foreign direct investment is increasing too.The proportion of the service industry accounted for the proportion of the province's rapid increase in FDI.Especially since 2000,the foreign direct investment and export trade of Shandong Province has maintained a high growth rate.This article analyzes services FDI's influences on the trade in services of Shandong Province through literature research methods and empirical analysis method,systematically analyzes the present situation of the services in Shandong province FDI and the export of services trade,and analyzes the services FDI's influences on the trade in services of Shandong Province from the viewpoint of theory and example analysis.At first,this paper introduced the background from the aspects of home,abroad and shandong province.Then introduced the influences of services FDI on the export of services trade in Shandong province through theory and research status.And discussed the status quo of Shandong's services FDI and Shandong's services trade export.The next makes an empirical analysis on the relationship between them by using unit root test,Johansen co integration test,multiple regression model and so on.The results show that: Shandong has the advantage of attracting services,and the services FDI has a promoting effect on the export of service trade in Shandong province.Finally,analyzed the existing problems and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the utilization of foreign investment and improve the services trade competitiveness,to better use of foreign capital,provide support to enhance services level of FDI and the services trade competitiveness,to actively play better role of services FDI in the export scale expansion and structure optimization of Shandong services trade export.
