With the development of social and technological demand for interdisciplinary talents, dual degree training model has been recognized by society. With the expansion of the scale of Higher Education, the number of university students has greatly increased. More students choose to take dual degree for increasing employment opportunities or further study, thus causing difficulties for the management of Higher Education. The quality of dual degree program is the core work of Higher Education,so need to be enhanced and improved. Dual degree training quality related research for undergraduate education in our country enterprise’s inheritance and innovation, and cultivate more excellent compoud talents with different discipline background has the vital significance.This study centers on the quality of the dual degree training in Economic Management at Harbin Institute of Technology at Weihai, and analyzes talent cultivation of dual degee by literature research. It analyzes the status of the dual degree program in Economic Management, Harbin Institute of Technology at Weihai. It explores the way to integrate two disciplines of Economic Management and Science and Engineering, and makes full use of advanced educational model in dual degree program in Economic Management so as to train more interdisciplinary talents for the society. By analyzing the basic requirements of personnel training in higher education theory and the Characteristics of quality theory, this study gets the important impacting factors on the dual degree training quality of Economic Management,using investigation analysis of factors influencing the quality fou dual degee of Economic Management in-depth research, and summarize four categories in terms of training quality: main body in teaching and learning, process in teaching and learning, conditions in teaching and learning and environments in teaching and learning. The four factors are examined and analyzed to find out how they affect and restrict the training quality in the actual teaching process. The data of this paper is statistically analyzed based on questionnaire collection. According to the influencing factors of the effect, this paper proposes ways to increase the quality of dual degree training in Economic Management. By enhancing the quality of the four factors to improve training quality, setting scientific and specific optimization program, and by diversified teaching, innovation and entrepreneurship education, it can enhance the training quality of the dual degree in Economic Management, Harbin Institute of Technology at Weihai, and make improvements step by step.
