Research On The Coordinated Development Of New Rural Construction And Urbanization In Jilin Province

the new rural construction is the basic state policy of promoting social and economic development for all countries, urbanization is a long-term strategic requirement of social and economic development, the imbalance development of economy、society and life between towns and rural areas is a common problem in the process of the development in the world, especially for developing countries like China, which is of great significance. After the reform and opening up, the rural areas and towns have made great achievements in the social and economic aspects, but there is a huge gap between rural areas and towns. At present, Jilin Province is in response to urban and rural development strategy,Attaches great importance to the relationship between new rural construction and urbanization on the interdependence, mutual complement and mutual coordination development,the importance of rural and urban areas is self-evident. How to promote the coordinated development of new rural construction and urbanization, which is necessary to have a clear understanding between them to understand the problems encountered in the process of urbanization and new rural construction and put forward practical solutions.The background and significance of this study are introduced and the domestic and foreign literature review is summarized and analyzed within the scope of the selected topic in the first part which the importance of new rural construction and urbanization development is understood and theoretical support is provided for the full text.The coordinated development connotation and related relationship are elaborated in theory, the necessity of new rural construction and urbanization in Jilin province is analyzed, the inherent law and mechanism of coordinated development between new rural construction and urbanization are explored,which shows that under the reasonable policy guidance can achieve the overall development and points out that the political and economic reform is the inevitable way for the coordinated development of new rural construction and urbanization in Jilin province in the second part.The new rural construction, the status of urbanization development and the gap status of the coordinated development of new rural construction and urbanization are described from the aspects of economy, society and life and among urban and rural residents’ income, consumption expenditure, investment in fixed assets, the retail sales of social consumer goods and social and public services there is a big difference,but the overall level of the coordinated development of new rural construction and urbanization in Jilin province has been continuously improved in the third part.On the basis of this, the evaluation index of the coordinated development level of the urbanization and the new rural construction from the aspects of economic system, social system and life system is constructed,by using the entropy weight TOPSIS method and the coordinated development model, the coordinated development level of new rural construction and urbanization is analyzed in Jilin province and according to the region to analyze the overall level of coordinated development in eastern, central and western of Jilin province, which is concluded that coordination development degree of urbanization and new rural construction is highest in central region, the second is the eastern region, the level in the western region is the lowest in the fourth part.In the fifth part, the lessons from foreign and domestic experience and revelations of the coordinated development between urbanization and the new rural construction are drew and theoretical basis and practical experience for the healthy, sustainable and coordinated development between rural and urban areas are provided.In the sixth part, through the above research, how to solve the gap existing in the coordinated development of new rural construction and urbanization is analyzed and the countermeasures of coordinated development of new rural construction and urbanization are put forward in Jilin Province, the development modes should be based on the development of large cities as the center, focus on the development of small towns based on the development of resources and develop rural and urban marginal zone, through the implementation of these policies to achieve integration of urban and rural areas.
