Application Research On ABS Of Small Loan Asset In China

The researches about small loan company asset securitization are few at present. Some theoretical researches are only about the conception of the implementation path of small loan company asset securitization, and Case Studies are less and less. In this paper, the case is the first asset securitization product after the new regulation of asset securitization is enacted in China, so it has time effect. The case is also the first public welfare small loan company asset securitization, so it has social attribute based on commercial principles. Firstly, this paper analyzes the necessity and possibility of small loan company asset securitization through the study of currently microfinance industry and the development of asset securitization based on researches. And then, the paper introduces the operation process of the case and tries to analysis it in detail, focusing on the analysis of the core part of the special program, risk control mechanism and investment value. In the end, the paper makes some suggestions on the problems of small asset securitization in our country at present.
