Research On Payment Of The Fund Of Basic Medical Insurance For Urban Workers In Quanzhou

The function and status of the basic medical insurance system for urban workers which is an important part of the medical security system in our country are becoming increasingly prominent. Health stability and sustainable development of medical insurance funds will help to improve our existing medical security system. For a long time, the payment of medical insurance fund has been the top priority of stable operation of the fund. With the increasing of population aging and the increasing of people’s health awareness, the basic medical expenses of urban workers is increasing year by year.This article reviews the domestic and foreign research situation of the funds payment of medical insurance, defining the relevant concepts used. Through elaborated our country present situation and the classification of medical insurance fund pays,this paper analyzes the funds payment of urban worker’s basic medical insurance of Quanzhou,formulates the present situation and the development of quanzhou mode, analysis the effectiveness of the existing fund payment mode. While also supporting policies of quanzhou town worker is basic medical treatment insurance, the national research and analyze allowance of officeholder medical treatment and commercial insurance, analyze the quanzhou urban employee basic medical insurance funds payment problems.
