SMEs is an important and indispensable part of our economic development, the policy require commercial banks to increase credit support to SMEs, to solve SME financing problems. Changes in the business environment have prompted commercial banks to speed up transformation, to increase SME credit investment, and the risk control is the premise of increasing investment. This paper selects Qingdao Branch of Industrial Bank SME credit risk management as the research object, to find out constraints and associated risks system affect Qingdao Branch of Industrial Bank SME credit risk management, to promote SME credit risk management, to improve corporate banking development efficiency, wish to solve the problem of Qingdao Branch of Industrial Bank afraid to do and do not know how to do about SME financing needs, to seek SME credit risk management practices.This paper, based on the Theory of comprehensive treatment, in order to achieve better c ontrol of the bank credit risk purposes, firstly to analyze the SME credit risk factors and cause s; then, through statistical analysis and empirical analysis, select Societe Bank Qingdao Branc h as a research object for its existing credit risk management situation to explore, thus discove r the credit risk management problems of Societe Bank Qingdao branch; and finally, in the exi sting credit risk management infrastructure of Societe Bank Qingdao branch, through credit ri sk identification system construction, credit risk early warning system construction, technical support system of credit risk, credit risk internal management system construction and other a spects proposed credit risk management strategies to further improve its credit risk manageme nt mechanism issues, so as to achieve better control the purpose of risk.
