As more and more serious air pollution, fog and haze more and more serious, but also suffered the same affect indoor air,indoor air molecules micro-particles serious harm to the individual’s life and health. Improve indoor air pollution by controlling the sources of pollution or indoor air treatment,but the results are far from satisfactory. Therefore, indoor air purifiers has become the best program we address indoor air pollution, dirty air will purify themselves after discharge relatively little risk to humans and the pure gas, so that we can the health, safety and comfort in office and living environment.In this paper, the design and study of air purifier intelligent control system is based on the principle STM8 S SCM design and development, which includes the design and circuit design debug hardware and software systems.In the hardware circuit design, the controller STM8S005C6T6 core, according to the control system functional requirements analysis, hardware circuits into the power control circuit module, motor control circuit module, PM2.5sensor circuit module, WiFi module control circuit, key LEDdrive circuit and a circuit module and a buzzer circuit module.By PM2.5 control module for real-time detection of indoor air quality, dust concentration in the air is converted to a voltage signal to the micro-controller, the micro-controller through signal processing to automatically adjust the motor gear and LED display, while using a wireless WiFi module APP phone users for data coming through remote monitoring of indoor air quality and cleaner motor stalls regulator, so as to achieve the purpose of purifying the air.In the software design and debugging, according to the chip and hardware modules in the application system software capabilities required by the main program initialization and various functional sub-modules combine to complete the program,and then burn the program entry micro-controller to control the function of the system and effect.In this paper, the air purifier with a PM2.5 automatic acquisition, remote monitoring and mobile phone APP The air quality automatic adjustment function of the state, so that the control system with intelligent, convenient, energy saving and environmental protection features.
