| LED has the advantages of high brightness, low power consumpti on and flexible configuration, have been widely used in city landscap e lighting, providing as effective information publishing platform for government and enterprises. Due to most of the LED lamp is installat ion on this place such as building’s facade and Bridges, the severe w eather and opencast working environment make the LED lamp result i n leakage and burned, even trigger serious fire hazard; At the same ti me, LED lighting is limited by the installation location, it’s inconveni ence in maintenance, cost high maintenance cost. Thus, carry on resea rch of LED lights working condition monitoring and early warning ha s important academic value and practical social significance, this proj ect has got fund support by Guangzhou Small and Mid-sized Enterpris e Technology Innovation Special (2013j4400210).This paper innovate from drive control, terminal information det ection and high-speed data transmission, based on ARM hardware plat form and wireless transmission technology, research and development new LED lighting monitoring control integration platform. Thesis rese arch work mainly includes:(1)Present a Sensing detection mechanism oriented of LED Integ rated controller structure. This controller contains video control modul e, network control module and sensor monitoring module. Video contr ol module is mainly responsible for tubes data output and video file f ormat decoding; Network control module is responsible for the networ k drive and http-server capabilities, providing Internet access for user’ s device; Sensing monitoring module provide parameters measure such as smoke, current, temperature and humidity, due to the misjudgemen t caused by the fluctuations in sensor data, the smoothing algorithm i s introduced, processing sensor data with convolution calculate, in ord er to increase the reliability of the early warning mechanism.(2) Construct the embedded system platform, including the bootl oader transplantation, operating system kernel cutting and transplant th e file system, make the controller enable to deal with multiple tasks under the scheduling of operating system. Transplant SD card read an d write functions, and use the TM1804LED based on One-wire bus o utput latch to realize the video file decoding, used quarter number of wiring merely from traditional SPI bus, effectively simplifies the app lication of the project implement, at the same time, the controller can achieve irregular video output with1024pixels*8channel, can me et the more of requirement in complex graphics animation output.(3) Accomplete the transplant process of Ethernet and WIFI adap tor driver, hotspot release and WIFI network was introduced into desi gn, to provide wireless access on user’s device, the controller can rea ch more than100meters of the transmission distance in experiment, cast of the shortcoming of traditional controller relies on the existing network. In addition, in the network system framework, designed an interactive control structure based on web pages, using HTML and FO RM to realize the information transmission and UI layout, the B/S str ucture has stronger interactive performance, user equipment could inte ractions with controller even under the condition without having instal1any client software. With the support of CGI technology, the system can communicate between the user instructions and system sensor dri ver effective. |
