Health maintenance plays an important role for normal operation of equipment in the field of national defense. Condition-based maintenance and predictive maintenance can eliminate the potential problems, avoid unnecessary economic losses and become the development direction of the equipment’s health maintenance in the view of a huge economic losses caused by corrective maintenance and over-maintenance caused by scheduled maintenance of the current military equipment.As a result, equipment’s health maintenance technology not only has been widely accepted at home and abroad, but also has been applied to the actual military equipment and plays an increasingly important role in foreign countries in recent years. Compared with abroad, this technology which is in the practical application is relatively less at home. On the basis of the research on key technologies of equipment’s health maintenance, this paper has analyzed the requirements of equipment health software, completed a software platform built on self-developed hardware platform of VHF communications and implemented the equipment health software which comprises collection, management, transmission and processing of equipment’s information. This paper mainly includes:Firstly, this paper researches on the current situation and development trend of equipment’s health maintenance technology. In order to solve the inefficiency of information collection, the lack of equipment fault information resources and other issues of equipment’s health maintenance, this paper determines the key technology of equipment health software, which includes the assessment of health condition, the transmission of equipment’s information and the information management of equipment’s health.Secondly, this paper determines the platform solution and implements software platform based on the research of the current situation of mobile intelligent terminal platform. This paper settles on Android operating system and achieves the building of Android system based on self-development hardware platform, through the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the mobile operating systems.Thirdly, this paper implements the software architecture and the software function modules which include the assessment of equipment’s health, the transmission of information and the information management of equipment’s health based on the analysis of the software requirement. Above all, this paper analyze the requirement of equipment’s health software, realizes the hierarchical design of software using MVP framework which includes View layer, Presenter layer and Model layer in Andriod and achieves all modules in every layer based on the analysis of and the key technology of equipment’s health software. At the same time, this paper focuses on the algorithm and design of health condition assessment and completes the health condition assessment of radio station.Finally, this paper tests and analyzes soft platform and equipment health maintenance software. At first, this paper verifies the compatibility between the software and hardware platform based on the test result. Then this paper tests the performance and functionality of the equipment health software on this basis, to ensure that its features is intact and it can operate stably in a long time.This paper systematically analyzes and researches the current situation and the key technology of equipment’s health maintenance. An equipment health maintenance software is developed, which verifies its function and feature. The research in this paper is of great significance to improve the equipment’s health maintenance capability and reduce the maintenance cost.
