The system, involves in theembedded technology, database technology, GIS technology and other fields, is acomprehensive system project. It is mainly divided into two parts named “GISsubsystem of field work” and”management subsystem of indoor work”:Firstly, GIS subsystem of field work, used in mobile intelligent terminal, takesSQLite database as background, achieves “simultaneous measurement, display, survey,modification” function, and “browse and query tower distribution map of power line”function, which contains functions of loading shp file, pan, panorama, click zoom in,click zoom out, window zoom in, click on the query, layer management, and so on. Itnot only remind outside workers to assure whether the collected data is correct at anytime, but also allow them query any data at anywhere, and make them grasp theoverall distribution of each tower and serve as their strategies. It thoroughly improvesexcessive human factors, difficultly real-time query and modify and other defects inthe traditional manual paper-based records style.Secondly, management subsystem of indoor work, used in PC, takes Oracledatabase as background, connects Oracle by OCI, achieves the association withmulti-source data (involves in spatial data, attributive data, photo data) according tocertain table relationship, which results in “transfer photo by checking data, checkdata by clicking map” function, and achieves “ledger file of automatic generation”function. It reduces a multitude of tedious corresponding works, which not onlyimproves the efficiency of work, but also improves the quality of work. It thoroughlyimproves the defect of multi-source data scattered and isolated management in thetraditional manual paper-based records style.Transmission and distribution spatial information system based on mobileintelligent terminal achieves the integration of field work and indoor work oftransmission and distribution lines measurement. In the practical project, from themulti-source data acquisition to the management subsystem, even to ledger filegeneration in Excel format, it has already formed a kind of pipeline operation. What’smore, this system is user-friendly, collects fast, query conveniently, and can beextended, which gets good feedback from workers, and also reduces the intensity and difficulty of their work.
