With the continuous development of automatic test technology, military automatic testing equipment has become an important part of weapon equipment, a necessary method in the process of maintaining weapons, and a powerful guarantee of battle effectiveness of weapons and equipment, and has great significance to improve the level of troop equipment and combat capability.This article takes the task system of a communication jamming aircraft as a test object, based on the detailed analysis of the reconnaissance and guidance subsystem test demand, lastly put forward the overall scheme of integrated automatic testing system. The integrated automatic test system includes automatic test equipment(ATE),the test program set(TPS) and the automatic test software platform. ATE is composed of the module instruments of PXI bus, the desktop instruments of GPIB, control unit of the system and signal array interface, etc. TPS is made up with the test adapter(TUA),the test procedures, and the test documentation composition. The software platform of automatic test system has the function of system configuration, development of test program and running of test program.The test adapter is a bridge between ATE and the measured equipment. This project includes seven adapters, six of which are used for testing, and one of which for system verification. In order to meet the requirements of general and standardized with test equipment, as well as to reduce the cost of testing equipment, the adapters are detachable. This article focuses on the design of a test adapter for a certain frequency band reconnaissance and guidance subsystem, the adapter provides communication interfaces of SPI bus, RS232 bus, RS422 bus, ARINC429 bus, LAN, KVM, and they can meet the testing of thirteen single equipments.The test program is based on the automatic test software platform of GPTS3.1development. GPTS3.1 is a universal test platform, and using the signal-oriented of testing process description language ATLAS as a programming language. The platform could achieve the independence design when test program and the instrument. EachUUT corresponds to a test program, where each measured project is defined as a chapter. The project includes four test procedures and twenty-four chapters.In the article, it takes the test of RF receiver as an example, based on introducing the RF receiver of composition module testing contents and testing method, and introducing the method for fault isolation and fault location, and specific test steps receiving sensitivity in detail, as well as the detailed causes of the failure. The test indicates that the test adapter and the test program are stable and reliable, the test results are accurate and of high efficiency, the rate of fault detection is high, and fault isolation is accurate.
