There is always vibration and vibration environment everywhere, especially it is striking in the field of aviation and automobile electronics engineering. A research shows that one of the main factors lead to the failure of the machine body or parts is the environment or the working vibration. The data shows that more than 40% of the failure rate of the turbine engine is directly related to the vibration. What’s more, the failure rate of the missile is more than 50% in the Military field, which is caused by the vibration. The failure rate caused by vibration accounts for a large proportion of the total failure rate.Therefore, the study of vibration model and vibration simulation research is particularly important. With vibration equipment arising at the historic moment, the traditional mechanical vibration table with low production cost and simple structure is widely used. But the traditional mechanical vibration table has the characteristics of vibration frequency in 0-100Hz, small amplitude and large acceleration distortion.According to the current situation of the mechanical vibration table, which has a small travel and low working frequency. Studying on the working principle of the piston engine and the structure of the traditional vibrating machine, by using the structural characteristics of the symmetry, the author think that the inertia impact of high frequency vibration can be effectively offset.Based on the Solid Works environment to draw the three-dimensional entity model and used Solid Works simulation which is a seamless extension of SolidWorks environment to create a virtual prototype, the output waveform is obtained and the acceleration distortion is calculated under different vibration frequencies by used virtual prototyping technology on vibration table simulation tests;Finally, compared with the traditional vibration characteristics of the vibration platform, the symmetric crank slider vibration method is simple and effective, which can greatly enhance the travel and the upper limit frequency of mechanical vibration.It has high reference and application value for the final test prototype.
