The main content of this paper is the lens type light screens programmable fore-end signal processing circuit design. The signal processing circuit is mainly used under the test conditions of lens type light screen target. The host computer interacts with the circuit through the single chip microcomputer. And then change the parameters of the circuit in order to achieve a convenient and fast test. The lens type light screen design has only a photoelectric detector, through the lens makes the beam can be converged with the design of L type large light source and slit diaphragm forming a large screen. the signal through the programmable band-pass filter circuit, amplifier circuit and trigger circuit is processed conveniently. By comparison of schemes.This programmable of programmable circuit is reflected in the use of the host computer control single chip microcomputer. The communication circuit enables the communication between the single chip microcomputer and the host computer, and then the digital potentiometer is controlled by the single chip microcomputer. The digital potentiometer replacement filtering resistance of the filter circuit, the gain resistance of the amplifier circuit, the trigger circuit of the comparator resistance, so that the host computer is convenient to control the parameters of the regulating circuit. Accordingly the circuit under different conditions of different signal are favorable, and the light screen target achieves good, applicability state finally. This the scheme proposed, some limitations of traditional screen such as target surface is small, complex structure and low sensitivity. Including the improvement of small flying objects flying speed is not easy to measure and so on have certain practical significance.In range test, it has important significance to improve the performance of weapons and projectile mass.The main research contents of this paper are:1) the characteristics of the lens type light screens, structure principle, working principle, and signal processing bullet pointed projectile base trigger principle have been studied2) detection optical path of the lens type light screen is designed.3)The whole signal processing circuit is designed, including a photodetector selection, photoelectric conversion and transimpedance amplifier (current-to-voltage circuit), programmable band-pass filter circuit, programmable amplifier, programmable trigger circuit, digital potentiometer circuit program (in digital potentiometer to adjust the control circuit parameters), the power supply circuit (power supply voltage is different for each element), MCU core control circuit and communication circuit (PC through the communication circuit to control the microcontroller to adjust the digital potentiometer), and some research on software.4)Experimental verification.Function testing of signal processing circuit; Program veri fication of digital potentiometer; Test with live ammunition.
