As the third profit source, logistics becomes more and more restricted the economic benefit of the Chinese enterprises. Advanced manufacturing mode have an urgent need for a more advanced and sophisticated automated logistics system as the support of the manufacturing industry. A country’s economic strength is closely related to its manufacturing level, and there is a certain gap between the China’s manufacturing level and that of the European and American developed countries. At the same time, the level of technology and application of automated logistics system in our country is low. In the face of complex orders can not be accurate and efficient logistics operations, can not meet the requirements of some customers.The low efficiency of the logistics system has a serious impact on the economic benefits of Chinese enterprises, especially the manufacturing enterprises. Therefore, in order to achieve some of the functions and improve the efficiency of automated logistics system, it is necessary for the research of the automatic logistics system, material distribution and transport path of the reasonable, the original logistics system improvement.The first two chapters of this paper study the domestic and international research status of automated logistics system. This paper study the automated logistics system for enterprises, especially the distribution logistics system processes, functions and related equipment were analyzed and have a objective evaluation of the current existence of many problems, and puts forward the path planning problem in logistics and distribution. Path planning technology has become a hot spot of the related logistics research, and there is a very good development prospects, in which the path planning algorithm is the core of the path planning problem. This paper summarizes the research results of the path planning algorithm at home and abroad, summarizes the algorithm of solving the path planning problem, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each algorithm. In order to select the appropriate algorithm, the Dijkstra algorithm and Floyd algorithm are used to model and solve the path planning of the simple path problem. The results of the two algorithms are compared in the solution of the actual path planning problem,and select the suitable Dijkstra algorithm for this example to solve the follow-up problem. In addition, the article also introduces the theory of logistics simulation. For the AutoMod simulation software which is used in this paper, this paper have a brief introduction of the various modules and functions of AutoMod, the establishment of the simulation model steps, etc..The third chapter studied automation logistics system and related scheduling strategy, introduced the related equipment automation logistics system, the logistics distribution system optimization strategies are proposed, analyzed in the automated warehouse storage management strategy. The structure, working principle and several scheduling models of the shuttle vehicle are studied in the logistics system.Finally, combined with the example of the logistics distribution system, mathematical model was first established for the shortest path problem, and then used the Dijkstra algorithm to solve the shortest path. It used C++ implementation of the Dijkstra algorithm to solve the shortest path programming, and put forward the corresponding strategies aiming at the problem of material transportation order, priority and equipment failure. Then this paper used AutoMod simulation software to simulate the automated logistics system, verified the feasibility of the Dijkstra algorithm and scheduling strategy in solving this problem, and the reliability of the logistics system. According to the obtained simulation analysis of equipment utilization rate, it improved the logistics system, reducing the logistics cost of enterprises and the occupied space.
