| K Company is a manufacturer of linear putters in the domestic furniture industry.In the process of upgrading intelligent manufacturing,it strives to build a smart factory for the manufacture of putters and their parts.In the process of intelligent factory planning,different workshop production lines and logistics automation systems are required.Effective linkage,including the seamless integration of the assembly line with the material supply automation system and the finished product logistics automation system.According to the connection requirements of the finished product logistics automation system closely connected with the assembly line(located in 5 workshops)and based on the perspective of integrated operation of finished products,transportation,storage and delivery,the finished product connection system,storage system,outbound system,and delivery system are designed in this paper.The research of this paper mainly includes the following aspects:(1)In order to provide theoretical and methodological basis for the analysis and design of finished logistics automation system,the status quo of logistics technology at home and abroad,the advantages and disadvantages of common logistics automation technology and common application scenarios,the specific way to achieve effective connection and integrated operation of production line and logistics system,automatic stereo library design method and technology,application of automated stereo library simulation technology are studied.(2)Taking the planning of the finished product logistics system of a new factory of a putter manufacturing enterprise as the research object,the positional relationship between the workshop and the finished product warehouse,the production overview of the assembly shop,and the basic data of the finished product are analyzed.Based on this,the design and layout requirements of the finished product line connection system,finished product storage and handling system,finished product storage system,and finished product delivery system are clarified.(3)On the basis of detailed calculation of the demand capacity of each system,the equipment demand parameters and layout mode of the finished product connection system,storage and handling system,delivery system,and storage system are designed,and the logistics automation equipment for each link are selected.(4)The operation flow of the logistics automation system is designed and the functional area layout of the finished product library is carried out.The operation process of the automated stereo library was simulated by the model operation,and the key parameters and equipment load of the automated stereo library were studied to verify the feasibility of the stereo library design. |
