| With the development of economic globalization and many adverse effects brought by the continuous downturn in the international ship market,market competition has become increasingly fierce.The implementation of lean production is conducive to improving the market competitiveness of the shipyard and meeting the needs of customers,which will also complete the production of ships on time and reduce the production cost of the enterprise.To achieve the goal of lean production,domestic shipyard is actively Assemble to order(ATO,Assemble-to-order)enterprise transformation,which requires the shipyard,after the good ship production plan in advance to prepare goods the hull parts needed for the actual production in the and components according to block manufacturing plants to tray demand plan to organize delivery staff for each station parts of many varieties of small batch delivery.The logistics operation of the hull parts pallet in the shipyard is essentially a part pallet supply chain and all the operation units in the supply chain are interconnected and linked together to ensure the orderly operation of the hull parts pallet logistics.Whether a shipyard can achieve the goal of lean production depends largely on whether hull parts can be supplied in time.Therefore,how to implement effective control over the pallet logistics of hull parts and realize accurate and timely supply of parts needed by the hull sub-manufacturing workshop will become an urgent problem to be solved.In view of the problems existing in the logistics management of hull parts pallets in shipyard.This paper studies the problems from the management level and the executive level.At the same time,the article respectively within the current shipyard on hull parts of pallet logistics operation mode is improved,the tray for the hull parts distribution strategy has been optimized,to set up the logistics control system has realized information management and improve the integrity of hull parts tray the response speed of the logistics demand for production workshop material so that to achieve the goal of the lean production enterprise provides a solid foundation.First of all,the paper analyzes the operation mode and characteristics of the current pallet logistics of hull parts in shipyard.A logistics strategy that quickly responds to the needs of hull parts is proposed,and the main contents of the rapid response hull parts pallet logistics model are summarized.At the same time,this paper adopts the quick mold change(SMED)technology to improve the logistics process of hull parts pallet and finally forms aset of hull parts pallet logistics mode based on quick response.Secondly,under the new distribution method of hull parts pallets,this paper proposes to use improved genetic algorithm to plan transportation routes reasonably.On the premise of meeting the distribution requirements,reduce logistics costs,make the vehicle travel the shortest distance,and quickly respond to material needs.Finally,in order to realize the rapid response to the demand of parts and pallets of the hull segmental assembly line,it is necessary to rely on the support of information technology.Therefore,through the research on the above aspects,this paper designs a logistics management and control system to realize the rapid transmission of logistics information. |
