Aircraft Parts catheter present in each system in the aircraft, many of its volume, structure complex shape machining accuracy directly affect the accuracy and stability of their connections, the quality requirements for such parts is higher, but for a long time often bending manufacture the emergence of various defects, such as: Bending section deformation, wrinkling, bending thinning, bending rebound, etc., affecting the production and assembly schedule, the aircraft system functions to bring hidden dangers.This paper mainly aircraft NC tube bending technology research, common methods of conduit bending brief introduction focuses on the impact of various process parameters CNC bending bending results and the reasons for the various bending defects, according to the calculation and analysis of the process parameters are optimized, while the lubricating oil used in CNC bending optimized selection, installation bending mold used in the existing problems were analyzed.For springback bending process can not be avoided analytical and experimental analysis carried out by establishing the amount of springback mathematical model of the process parameters affect the rebound analyzed and studied the laws of their impact.CNC bending test through a catheter to verify the theoretical analysis of the results, obtained bending springback angle affect the size factor, reducing the production process for the subsequent rebound, take the compensation offer basis.In this thesis, CNC pipe bending technology has been studied by analysis and research on the process of CNC pipe bending process involved optimization of process parameters in the catheter, such as the direction springback analysis of certain theoretical results obtained can be used as production guidance.
