In modern society, people’s requirements for living environment is becoming more and more strict. In order to satisfy people’s requirements of the building environment, the concept of "building intelligent environment" came into being. Building intelligent acoustic environment is a very important part of the building intelligent environment. This paper studies the evaluation method and the control theory as well as the method of building intelligent acoustic environment, including the researches of noise and acoustics.This paper researches the evaluation factors and intelligent control requirements of building acoustic environment, through analyzing its influence factors. It establishes the Fuzzy Comprehensive Assessment System of intelligent acoustic environment. And it researches the control theory and methods of the intelligent acoustic environment using intelligent control theory, and designs the controller to verify the effectiveness of the method.and its main content is:Firstly, it researches the evaluation factors and intelligent control requirements of the building acoustic environment. According to the standards of building environmental noise and indoor acoustics issued by the State, it proposes the intelligent control requirements of building environmental noise and indoor acoustics, through analyzing the evaluation factors of building environmental noise and acoustics.Secondly, according to the evaluation factors and standards, it establishes the Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system of building intelligent acoustic environment. Based on the main sources of environmental noise, it establishes the Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system of environmental noise. It can not only determine the ambient noise in general whether target, but also can determine the main source of noise through the evaluation system, and easy to make noise controlling strategy, breaking the singleness of noise evaluation. It also establishes the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system of indoor acoustics.Finally, it researches the control theory and methods of building intelligent acoustic environment. It researches the intelligent control methods of the building environmental noise according to its control requirements. Taking noise generated by construction equipmentAir-conditioning fan as an example, it designs an adaptive BP neural network controller, and verifies the effectiveness of the intelligent control method. It researches the intelligent control methods of the indoor acoustics according to its intelligent control requirements. Taking the influence factor—reverberation time as controlled variable, it designs the fuzzy controller of reverberation time, and verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the intelligent control method.Based on the intelligent control requirements of building acoustic environment, this paper establishes the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system, and researches the control theory and methods of building intelligent acoustic environment, laying the theoretical foundation for the teaching of Electrical and Intelligent Building related majors and establishment of intelligent voice system.
