Recently, the aircraft industry meets a great development in China. It leads to a great challenge to the manufacturing department. Thus to analysis the rebound phenomenon and put forward new technology is not only the demand of the urgent production practise but also the demand of the technology development.Based on the simulation results of three point forming and Integral forming simulation results and the analysis of the geometric structure of the stringer parts, the forming process parameters of the parts can be provided for practical production. Based on the ABAQUS restart analysis technology, forming finite element simulation of the stringer three point bending.It Can shorten the simulation period, improve the simulation efficiency. Given three point bending process parameters can be applied to practical production. Through the analysis of the stringer components bending springback, using geometric node displacement compensation method(DA) face of the mold iterative compensation, compensation type surface to do bending and springback process simulation, until the springback simulation and target parts of the deviation in the allowable range so far. Finally, the parameters of the upper and lower mold for reference are given.At last the replication experiment is implemented in XAC. By using the pressure position and the prossure amount generated by the simulation stringers meeting the demand are manufactured. It proves that the manufacture process guided by the output of the simulation is feasible.
