The paper analysed the authentic assessment of T.mongolicum by molecular biological identification, studied the anti-miscellaneous text,the tolerability of heavy metals and liquid fermentation of mycelium.In this dissertatio, chemical components of fruit body were extracted,separated and purificated.And evaluated the anti-tumor activity in vivo of fermentation product and supernatant and precipitatethe of petroleum ether extract in T.mongolicum fruit body.By the molecular biological identification for fruit body of T. mongolicum and two strains TM2008and TM2010. Their sequence compared with BLAST of NCBI and GenBank showed the DNA sequence of fruit body reached to99%-100%. The gene sequence of mycelium and fruit body similarity respectively reached97%and96%. This confirmed the fruit body, TM2008and TM2010are genuine. Two kinds of mycelium have different morphological characteristics, more times mycelium subcultured caused the strain appeared aging phenomenon, the more roll tube culture, the more hurting. After more times generation subculturing the mycelium becomes thin. This kind of strain is not good for production effect, so this strain is not easy to store for long time or subculture repeatedly generation.The mycelium of TM2010were optimized submerged culture medium and fermentation conditions.The result indicates that the liquid medium of soil decoction were good at promoting growth of T.mongolicum.The high concentration of soil decided the higher concentration fermentation product,the maximum is5.37±0.28g/L;Also studied the effect of Leymus chinensis Trin decoction and sheep droppings decoction,milk as liquid medium for fermentation product showed that the fermentation product of Leymus chinensis liquid medium is higher.The results of anti-tumor in vivo of Leymus chinensis fermentation product indicated that low dosage group and high dosege group of fungus ball have anti-tumor activities.It mainly enhanced immune function to inhibit the tumor.The result of the anti-miscellaneous text and the tolerability of heavy metals showed that the tolerance to high content of Pb was enhanced.The mycelium can grow until concentration reach1000mg/L; Mycelium of T.mongolicum showed a fairly good antihybrid ability to the strain of Penicillium and Fusarium species, showed a slight antihybrid ability to Aspergillus and Alternariain, and that is no antihybrid ability to Trichoderma species.To study anti-tumor activity of supernatant and precipitatethe of petroleum ether extract in T.mongolicum fruit body, the results show that both of them have anti-tumor activity. The low dosage group (35mg/kg/d) of petroleum ether sediment have higher inhibition rate; And has some influence on the immune organs and immune indices; The results of VD serum show that the contend of VD of the petroleum ether extract groups were similar to normal levels.The content of IL-2of them was obviously higher than that positive control and negative control groups and there was a significant difference; The pathological section photoes show that the size and shape of the dose group that has higher inhibition rate were changed and it has a lot of dead cells, tumor cell growth be evident inhibitioned,and compared to slices with the negative control group except the supernatant of the low dose group (50mg/kg/d) the tumor cells of other groups are significant changes in the size and shape; The size and shape of the tumor cells in which precipitation of low-dose group(35mg/kg/d) close to the positive control group, and can obviously see that the growth of tumor cells by inhibition. So it can be seen that anti-tumor effect of the T.mongolicum fruit body of petroleum ether extract is achieved by enhancing immune function, VD content, increase in IL-2content and limit the growth of tumor cells.The chemical constituents from fruit body in T.mongolicum were isolated and identified. Eleven compounds were obtained and identified nicotinic acid,2,4-hydroxypheny lacetic acid, ergosta-6,22, dien-3β-ol,1,2-dihydroxy-hexadecane,1-O-(2-amino-3-hydroxy-9-methyl-heneicosyl)-D-mannitol,N-2’-Hydroxy Hexadecanoyl-l-o-β-D-glucopy-ranosyl-9-methyl-4,8-D-erythro-sphingadienine are isolated for the first time from T.mongolicum. GC-MS analysis were used to isolate and identify the constituents MH and MX.There are five constituents such as diaminoresorcinol,octadeceneamide in MH,and twelve such as butylated-hydroxytpluene,9,12-octadecadienoic acid,methyl ester in MX.
