Through three clastic growth model, Gompertz, Logistic, Rechards, Weibull analysis fresh ear characteristics, dry ear and kernel characters appereanc cultivar of waxy corn cultivar have well apperance in Ji Lin province, Kennianyihao,Jinuosanhao,Jingkenuo2000, and those cultivars’ parents. The analysis soft wear is Origin8.0The soft wear give one of changed shape of Gompertz founction is named SGompertz; Three kinds of changed shapes of Logistic founction are named Slogisticl, Slogistic2, Slogistic3. Two kinds of changed shapes of Rechards founction are named SRechardsl and SRechards2; Two kinds of changed shapes of Weibull founction are named Sweibull1and Sweibull2. The SGompertz, SLogistic1, SLogistic2and SLogistic3functions have three parameters; The SRechards1, SRechards2, SWeibulll and SWeibull2have four parameters. The resoults as follow. SGompertz and Slogisticl models are the fittest models used for assessment the length, thick and weight of fresh ear and dry ear growth. The SGompertz and Slogisticl models are also the the fittest models used for assessment ear kernels weight,100kernels weight but the Slogistic1model is fittest model used for assessment bulk density of kernels. Through SGompertz and Slogisticl functions and those functions’tangent line function assessment the speed of characters growth as follow.The speed of length of growth of fresh ear is more and more slowly after pollination, three to twelve days after pollination is changed obviously than other days after pollination.The speed of thick of growth of fresh ear is more and more slowly after pollination, three to eighteen days after pollination is changed obviously than other days after pollination. After pollination twenty four days the speed near0.05cm one day.The speed of weight growth of inbred lines and hybrid species of experiments to centralized After pollination zero two twenty four. Two models assessment maximum yield is very near.The speed of length growth of dry ear is centralized0to9days.Except the female parent of Kennianyihao and Jinuosanhao the speeds near zero after pollination24days others inbred lines and hybrid species becomed near zero after pollination18days.The speed of thick of dry ear growth correspondence quickly is centralized0to18days.Except the female parent of Kennianyihao and Jinuosanhao the speeds near zero after pollination after pollination0to9days. Hybrid species thick of dry ear growth speed is more quickly they their parents in the hole time after pollination.
