In order to improve the performance ofagricultural equipment, make the operation of the machine more accurate, more flexible. Itneeds to provide more reliable and accurate data for the research and development of newmodels.It designed soil bin test rig for research and develop the soil working parts in agriculturalmachinery operation, especially the development of the indoor soil bin test rig. The soil bin testrig can test the parameters of the opener, covering device, the subsoiler, such as force, velocity,displacement and other parameters. The soil in the soil bin can be processing by kinds of ways,to simulate the working environment of the field soil and repeatability is good. It is not affectedby outside factors such as climate, weather, natural environment, and improves the quality ofthe design of working parts touching soil and shorten the design cycle. Existing soil bin testbench can only carry on the parameter test. Analyzing the parameters of measured data,can notobtain the test parts working mechanism accurately and intuitively.This paper designed a kind of miniature soil bin test bench based on high-speedphotography technology, side with transparent glass, the soil is treated by fertilizer. High-speedcameras can collect the condition of the test machine and the movement of the soil by glass,solving the defects of the test image record of the traditional soil bin machine movement andsoil working parts.This paper drawn the3d model of the soil bin test bench according to designrequirements. According to improved design and finite element analysis the result of the finiteelement analysis on the strength of the frame, completed the test bench, and use the test benchfor parameters of production test.The soil bin test rig belongs to the mini bar in the design of the indoor soil bin test rig, ca.4m long,0.5m wide, about1m high, step by step electric machine provide traction1590n,the speed range in0~3km/h, maximum load up to150kg. Test using three-phase hybridstepping motor as power source, the two-dimensional force sensor tested force, dynamic dataacquisition instrument test data collection and records, high-speed cameras working parts andsoil movement image real-time acquisition and record.The develop of micro soil bin based on the high-speed video technology is of greatsignificance to study the work mechanism of working parts. |
