This test is designed to investigate the effect of antimicrobial peptide of Tenebriomolitor on broiler growth performance, intestinal microflora and intestinal development,and explore the preliminary mechanism of antimicrobial peptides of Tenebrio molitorpromote the growth of broiler. Antimicrobial peptides induce trials were designed UV+injury group, injury+bacteria feeding group, damage+spray bacteria group, UV+injury+spray bacteria group of four experimental results show that the UV+injury+spraybacteria group generated Tenebrio molitor antimicrobial peptides maximum inhibition zoneis optimal induction program Tenebrio molitor antimicrobial peptides. In broiler trial,randomly select1-day-old broiler300, weighed randomly divided into three groups, acontrol group and two treatment groups with five replicates of20chickens. Tenebriomolitor broilers fed control group without treatment group did not induce an addedTenebrio molitor, dosage3%of the diet, group2was induced Tenebrio group, its adding3%of the diet. For6-week trial in the same rearing conditions.The results showed thatexperimental group chicks ADG was69.7g, average daily gain of chicks in the controlgroup64.9g, the difference was significant (P <0.05); experimental group feed conversionratio was1.76, feed conversion ratio of the control group1.85, the difference wassignificant (P <0.05). In42days, the test group of chicken duodenum and jejunum villuslength and villus length/crypt depth ratio (V/C) higher than the chicken, the differencewas significant (P <0.05), chicken ten experimental group duodenum and jejunum mucosalthickness of chicken with the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05).Tenebrio molitor with high expressed antimicrobial peptide increase average daily gainof broilers to improve the structure of the chicken duodenum and jejunum, raise chicksgrowth rate and feed conversion ratio.
