Fungal decomposition substrates, mainly depend on secreted enzymes, such as cellulases, hemicellulases, lignin enzymes. Extracellular enzymes are one of the key links of edible fungusgrowth, however, a limited amount between the secretion leads substrate utilization rate to besubjected to certain restrictions, effecting of yield improvement. Currently, the use ofbio-enzymatic conversion of biomass to produce ethanol or other chemical products has madegreat progress. But the addition of exogenous enzymes, promoting radical degradation andimproving the utilization of mushrooms on the base material, there is a lack of applied research. Now we assume that a certain amount of investment in mushroom cultivation process of theexogenous enzymes, which can promote the decomposition of the matrix, and improve theutilization of the matrix, in order to improve the production yields or shorten the growth cycle.Volvariella volvacea production has always been low, and cultivation costs continue riseleading to growing economic is difficult to improve the plight of this experiment is appliedbefore planting material after fermentation to different concentrations of enzyme fermentationand straw mushrooms once again, expand straw mushroom production technology research toimprove. The production of V. volvacea has been low, and the rising of cultivation costscontinue leads to growing economic be difficult to improve. In the experiment, differentconcentrations of enzymes are applied in planting material before and after fermentating. Theyare technical studies of V. volvacea production increased. Compared with foreign countries,Pleurotus eryngii in China started late but developing rapidly. To explore the use of exogenousenzymes to yield improved, V. volvacea tests were designed6treatments, respectively adding3different concentration of enzymes before I compost and after I compost. P. eryngii tests weredesigned6treatments, respectively adding3different concentration of enzymes beforesterilization and after sterilization. Analysis the record of biological efficiency. The researchresults are as follows:Added different concentration of enzymes to the Volvariella volvacea culture substratebefore I fermentation and after I fermentation. The result showed that the No.2treatment (added0.5%cellulose A、0.5%cellulose B、0.25%cellulose C before I fermentation) was better on, itcould promote the yield and the quality so as to increase the benefit.Added different concentration of enzymes to the Pleurotus eryngii culture substrate beforeautoclave and after autoclave. The results showed that the No.5treatment (added0.5%cellulose A、0.5%cellulose B、0.25%cellulose C after autoclave) was better on the primordial growingand the yield.
