Biological fertilizer and mixed fertilizer、organic material mix application is very importantin crop grow and environmental protect. The microbes in bio-fertilizer has very important intransform material in soil and promot the plant growth. The application of mixed fertilizer couldbalance the soil nutrient and increase the crop yield, this has great important in scientific andreasonable fertilizition and maintain terrestrial ecosystem.In this paper, staging measure the azotobacter、 phosphate-solubilizing bacteria andpatassium colony number in biological fertilizer under different biological fertilizer treatmentsand study its colony number change rule. Through pot experiment study soil availablenitrogen、available phosphorus and available potassium content change rule under differentfertilization treatment. The results show that:The research of azotobacter shows that:the fewest azotobacter appeared in just vaccinationunder the two process of M1and M2,the number of bacteria were1.9×105cfu/g and2.0×105cfu/g;The largest beeeding season nitrogen-fixing bacteria number were8.3×105cfu/g and2.0×105cfu/g.Just when vaccination M2processing number of azotobacter was0.16%biggerthan the M1processing; Breeding season was8.03%higher than M1processing; Death phasewas2.14%bigger than the M1processing.The research of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria shows that:the fewest bacteria appeared injust vaccination under the two process of M1and M2,the number of bacteria were2.6×104cfu/gand53.7×104cfu/g;The largest beeeding season phosphate-solubilizing bacteria number were53.7×104cfu/g and88.8×104cfu/g.Just when vaccination M2processing number of bacteriawas9.19%bigger than the M1processing; Breeding season was56.76%higher than M1processing; Death phase was9.87%bigger than the M1processing.The research of patassium shows that:the fewest patassium appeared in just vaccinationunder the two process of M1and M2,the number of bacteria were1.2×105cfu/g and1.6×105cfu/g;The largest beeeding season patassium number were60.0×105cfu/g and62.5×105cfu/g..Just when vaccination M2processing number of patassium was0.08%bigger than theM1processing; Breeding season was1.54%higher than M1processing; Death phase was0.83%bigger than the M1processing.Azotobacter,phosphate-solubilizing bacteria from breeding season to death period trend toinstantl change,the change of potassium trends to be stable.So in the actual production the biological fertilizer and chemical fertilizer is unfavorable co-exist too long, the best is now mixnow to use,achieve to the best use effect of microbial.On soil alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen analysis: Apart from the single nitrogen treatmentfertilizer treatments soil alkaline hydrolysis levels tend to rise before falling. The fertilizing soilalkaline hydrolysis total nutrient content is: mixing fertilizer+biological fertilizer> nitrogenfertilizer+biological fertilizer> mixed fertilizer> nitrogen fertilizer> straw+biologicalfertilizer> biological fertilizer> CK.Analysis of soil available phosphate:The processing of soil available phosphate contenttend to rise before falling. The fertilizing soil available phosphate total nutrient content asfollows: mixing fertilizer+biological fertilizer> phophorus fertilizer+biological fertilizer>mixed fertilizer> phophorus fertilizer> straw+biological fertilizer> biological fertilizer> CK.Analysis on soil available potassium: Each dealing with soil available potassium contenttend to rise before falling. The fertilizing soil available potassium total nutrient content is:mixing fertilizer+biological fertilizer> potassium fertilizer+biological fertilizer> mixedfertilizer> potassium fertilizer> straw+biological fertilizer> biological fertilizer> CK.Therefore mixed fertilizer and biological fertilizer applied can greatly increase the soilfertility and microbial biomass.Although fertilizer can increase soil fertility, but application withbiological fertilizer will be better.
