In this study, different potato germplasm resources were selected as materials, some physiological indexs, such as leaf MDA, Free proline, Soluble protein, Solublesugar, chlorophyll and yield were monitored under water stress. Evaluating thedrought resistance of potato germplasm, discussing the relationship between thedifferent physiological and biochemical indexes and potato drought resistance beforeand after the moisture change stress. The main results are summarized as follows:Under different concentration of polyethylene glycol6000(PEG6000) solution, morphological characteristics of seedlings were changed. Selected in theconcentration of5%PEG6000, root length, root number, root length, maximum rootheight changes significant differences through variance analysis,Different potato Germplasm, the drought resistance abilites are not identical.Through principal component analysis and membership function method, comprehensive evaluation of drought resistance of19samples of potatoGermplasm, the results as follows:F12、Leshu1、Qingshu9、Kexin6、139、Er-1、Xiazhai65、Jizhangshu8、393371.58、Longshu2、FL1533、552、BoS、Shiyin08-1、R9、Pepo418、Eyin、Russia2、Guowaipinzhong2。The identification results isbasically accordant with the actual production.Different potato Germplasm under water stress, changes in the content ofinduced protein under the stress of5%PEG6000, Drought Induced Protein ofQingshu9、 F12、 Leshu1increased,this phenomenon is in accordance withphysiological and biochemical indexs, showing that different Germplasm of potatohas the different drought resistance ability. The expression of Drought InducedProtein could be reference standard to identify drought resistance of potato.
