With the continuous development of greenhouse vegetables industry, the CO2deficit in greenhouse has become the key to restrain the high yield and good quality. In this experiment, CO2fertilization techniques are discussed through researching about the best ratio of ammonium bicarbonate and industrial phosphoric acid, increasing CO2on the influence of different varieties of cucumber and technology of fertilizer, watering and carbon dioxide (IATFWC) increasing CO2effect on cucumber of greenhouse cucumber. The main research results were as follows:1. The use of CO2generator for increasing CO2in greenhouse, through analysis about CO2concentration change of greenhouse and the reaction liquid pH, It is the best ratio when the usage of ammonium bicarbonate and phosphoric acid used in accordance with function relations: Y=9800·m/(133.51±9.48)×(90.255·ρ-66.544)(Y for the weight of the phosphate practical use, m for the weight of ammonium bicarbonate practical use, ρ(g/ml) for density of the phosphoric acid practical use).2. Interval and quantitative increasing CO2for greenhouse cucumber can increase chlorophyll content, leaf area, leaf dry mass unit area, leaf fresh mass unit area, melon growth rate, shoots growth rate, growth rate of the leaf and photosynthetic rate. Indicating interval and quantitative increasing CO2can increase the biomass of greenhouse cucumber.3. Interval and quantitative increasing CO2can significantly increase the yield of greenhouse cucumber, while improve the quality of cucumber.4. The soil pH value can be significantly improved by IATFWC of greenhouse treatment, make it more in line with the growth of the cucumber is the most suitable soil pH.5. The chlorophyll content of cucumber can be significantly increased by IATFWC of greenhouse treatment at the beginning of the use, but as with the increase of number of use cucumber chlorophyll increment will decline, the phenomenon is cucumber a form to adapt to the high concentrations of CO2.6. The photosynthetic rate of cucumber, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate can be significantly improved by IATFWC of greenhouse treatment. However, the cell CO2concentration of cucumber is decreased. While the soluble sugar content of cucumber leaf photosynthetic product is improved.7. The leaf area of cucumber, leaf dry mass unit area and leaf fresh mass unit area are improved by IATFWC of greenhouse treatment, and leaf dry mass unit area is significantly improved with the increase of use, that IATFWC of greenhouse can increase the thickness of the cucumber leaf.8. After IATFWC of greenhouse treatment, the number of fruiting plant of cucumber, yield per plant and total yield showed performance is: prophase<middle stage<late.therefore, the full productive age of cucumber can be prolonged, compared with CK in production is the most obvious increase.9. After IATFWC of greenhouse treatment, the total sugar of cucumber, coarse protein, Vc, soluble solid significantly increased, nitrate content is obviously decrease, that IATFWC of greenhouse can significantly improve the quality of cucumber.10. When using IATFWC, for cucumber provides plenty of NPK fertilizer, in order to improve the cucumber leaf in the content of N, P, K elements, meanwhile reduce Fe, Mg, Mn, Na, S element content of the cucumber leaf.In conclusion, under the condition of this experiment, using IATFWC of greenhouse, the ammonium dihydrogen phosphate reaction liquid by the CO2generator with potassium sulfate press N: K=1:1.48for fertilizer, at the same time of increasing CO2, it can make the greenhouse cucumber to achieve the effect of high yield and good quality.
