The3S technology and remote sensing image as the main source of information in this study, survey data combined with ground plots and Zhuzhou City2010Forest Resource Inventory Data, use Fragstats., Excel, ERDAS and other analytical software, the main use of principal component analysis, fuzzy mathematics method, analytic hierarchy process, linear programming, and to assist with the situation questionnaire, by assessing urban forest ecosystem health, economic health, healthy landscape for the purpose of estimating equations, the analysis include the resources quantity, quality, structure and landscape pattern of Zhuzhou Urban forest and its impact on ecological processes, aimed at providing scientific and rational reference to the operation and management of forest ecosystems in traditional industrial city in southern China, in order to maximize the effectiveness of forest ecosystems, to maintain the ecological balance of the region to provide effective support and media. The results show that:(1) The total value of ecological benefits of forest ecosystems was56.949billion Yuan in Zhuzhou City, accounting for11.13%of the total value of ecological benefits of forest ecosystems in Hunan province. The value of forest ecological benefit in counties (districts)were:Liling city (13.098billion Yuan)>Chaling county (12.984billion Yuan)>You county (12.073billion Yuan)>Yanling county (10.137billion Yuan)> Zhuzhou county (5.239billion Yuan)>Zhuzhou city (3.416billion Yuan); Zhuzhou City magnitude ecological benefits of-forest ecosystems was:Water conservation value B1.381billion Yuan)>Carbon Fixation and Oxygen value (11.949billion Yuan)>Protection of biodiversity value (10.086billion Yuan)>Air purification value (2.07billi4on Yuan)>Soil conservation value (1.364billion Yuan) Accumulation of nutrients (0.095billion Yuan)Zhuzhou city counties (districts) ecological health standardized factor and:Youxian (5.67), Yanling county (5.5), Chaling county (5.48), Liling (5.25),Zhuzhou county (5.03), Zhuzhou (3.21). Average index number, can see,apart from the urban area of Zhuzhou (0.46), other county (District) scoreswere in the range of health index. This is due to a higher, degree of urban area of Zhuzhou City, and the Zhuzhou city as a transportation hub in HunanProvince, by industrial pollution is more serious than other county, so thelevel of health in sub health status; comprehensive consideration of the entire Zhuzhou, can calculate the health factor value of0.72, achieve the health level.(2) The total forest biomass in Zhuzhou City was3.599×107t,the total dry biomass was3.513×107t, the density of carbon was34.70t·hm-2, the total carbon storage was1.71613×107t; the vegetation cover of Zhuzhou City was Liling city (excellent coverage area accounts for46.83%, NDVI=0.88)>Chaling county (excellent coverage area accounts for46.27%, NDVI=0.85)>You county (excellent coverage area accounts for45.21%, NDVI=0.85)>Yanling county (excellent coverage area accounts for45.06%, NDVI=0.80)>Zhuzhou county (excellent coverage area accounts for15.04%, NDVT=0.77)>Zhuzhou city (excellent coverage area accounts for14.33%, NDVT=0.68); coverage levels have reached excellent coverage, vegetation coverage area and the county (district) of the city was a certain degree of negative correlation, NDVI index is mainly affected by the county (district) type of industry and economic costs of industrialization, urbanization influence, the overall forest coverage rate was steady at60%.Zhuzhou city counties (districts) the economic health of the normalization factor and:Youxian (0.81), Yanling county (0.79), Chaling county (0.77),Liling (0.73), Zhuzhou county (0.60), Zhuzhou (0.40). In addition to Zhuzhou county (0.60) and Zhuzhou (0.40), other county scores were in the range ofhealth index.(3) Zhuzhou City landscape contagion was47.31%, the degree of aggregation of sector was moderate; landscape fragmentation index was0.0721, indicates that the overall landscape of the study area less fragmentation, natural or man-made interference was lighter. The overall fractal dimension of the study area was1.447. values less than1.5, showed that the overall shape of the landscape than the rule of the landscape, the edge changes gently, conducive to the stability of landscape pattern, while also reducing the probability of a certain degree by external disturbances.Zhuzhou city counties (districts) of landscape health standardized factor andrChaling county (5.28), Youxian (5.08), Yanling county (4.97)=(4.97),Zhuzhou County, Liling city (4.92), Zhuzhou (2.15). The economy than the health of ecological, landscape quality is poor.(4) Integrated urban forest ecological, economic and health status of the landscape, the higher degree of urbanization in Zhuzhou City compared to other regions showed lower health index for county cases, proposed a series of measures for the urban forest operations for decision-making departments reference.
