Bacillus is internationally recognized microbial bacteria which can be applied to feed directly. It has non-toxic, non-residue features, B. Subtilis has acid resistance, high temperature resistance characteristics which can be applied widely in industrial feed. Probiotics mainly represented by B. Subtilis and Prebiotics represented by Oligose have functions such as adjust microbial balance in animal intestine, improve feed digestibility, boost body immunity. These had been widely promoted in animal feed additives. Through studying effect of appropriate ratio of B. Subtilis to Chitosan on broiler’s productivity and immunity, further provide data evidence for improving broiler’s immunity and productivity, create a new option for broiler’s reproduction, lay solid foundation for green and healthy farming.Selected5,600Avian broilers with1day old age in this trial, conduct trials twice respectively, select2,800chickens each time. Respectively, apply synbiotics with different concentrations of B. Subtilis (0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,0.4%.0.5%) and fixed concentration of chitosan (0.5%), and apply synbiotics with different concentrations of chitosan (0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,0.4%,0.5%) and fixed concentration of B. Subtilis. Divided into7groups in each trial,4replications in each group,100broilers,42trial days, feed II basal diet, respectively measure growth performance index, nutrient metabolic rate,42days old age immunity index,42days old antibody titer against Newcastle disease,42days old blood biochemical index,42days old intestinal bacteria. Trial result is as follows:1. Growth performance test shows that:effects of B. Subtilis with different concentrations and chitosan with fixed concentration on broiler’s growth performance are different during1-42days period, B. Subtilis with0.2%concentration and chitosan with0.5%concentration showed significant effect on broiler’s average daily weight gain, feed intake and feed to gain ratio. Effects of chitosan with different concentrations and B. Subtilis with fixed concentration on broiler’s growth performance are different during1-42days period, B. Subtilis with0.5%concentration and chitosan with0.5%concentration showed significant effect on broiler’s average daily weight gain, feed intake and feed to gain ratio.2. Nutrient metabolic rate test shows that:B. Subtilis with different concentrations and chitosan with fixed concentration have different nutrient metabolic rates, B. Subtilis with0.2%concentration and chitosan with0.5%concentration, B. Subtilis with0.5%concentration and chitosan with0.5%concentration showed significant effects on crude protein, calcium and phosphorus apparent metabolic rates. Chitosan with different concentrations and B. Subtilis with fixed concentration have different nutrient metabolic rates, B. Subtilis with0.5%concentration and chitosan with0.5%concentration showed significant effects on crude protein, calcium and phosphorus apparent metabolic rates.3. Broiler’s immunity index result shows that:B. Subtilis with different concentrations and chitosan with fixed concentration have different immunity indexes. B. Subtilis with0.2%concentration and chitosan with0.5%concentration, B. Subtilis with0.5%concentration and chitosan with0.5%concentration showed significant effect on improving thymus immunity index, spleen immunity index and bursa of Fabricius immunity index. Chitosan with different concentrations and B. Subtilis with fixed concentration have different immunity indexes, B. Subtilis with0.5%concentration and chitosan with0.5%concentration showed significant effect on improving thymus immunity index, spleen immunity index and bursa of Fabricius immunity index.4.42days old age antibody titer against Newcastle disease test shows that:B. Subtilis with different concentrations and chitosan with fixed concentration have different antibody titer against Newcastle disease results, B. Subtilis with0.2%concentration and chitosan with0.5%concentration showed better effects on improving antibody titer against Newcastle disease than other groups, B. Subtilis with different concentrations and chitosan with fixed concentration have different antibody results, B. Subtilis with0.2%concentration and chitosan with0.5%concentration showed better effect on improving antibody titer against Newcastle disease than other groups. Chitosan with different concentrations and B. Subtilis with fixed concentration have different antibody titer against Newcastle disease results, they all showed better effects than control group.5. Biochemical index test shows that:B. Subtilis with different concentrations and chitosan with fixed concentration have different biochemical indexes, B. Subtilis with0.2%concentration and chitosan with0.5%concentration, B. Subtilis with0.5%concentration and chitosan with0.5%concentration showed significant effects on improving lactic acid dehydrogenase, a-amylase, cholinesterase and glutamic oxalocetie transaminase. B. Subtilis with different concentrations and chitosan with fixed concentration, B. Subtilis with0.5%concentration and chitosan with0.5%concentration showed significant effects on improving lactic acid dehydrogenase and cholinesterase.6. Effect on intestinal bacteria shows that:B. Subtilis with different concentrations and chitosan with fixed concentration have not significant effect on intestinal bacteria.
