The experiments was to study the effects of chitosan,Compound acidifier and different combinations on growth performance,slaughter performance,index of immune organs,pH of digestive tract and intestinal microflora of broilers.6241-day-old healthy Arbor Acre broilers were randomly divided into 13 groups,each group sets 3 times replication and each replication wit 16 broilers.Addition levels of chitosan was 0.01%,0.05%,0.1%,acidifier addition level was 0.1%,0.2%,0.3%.Which were combined 2 units to 9 groups,and adding a chitosan(0.05%)an acidifying agent(0.2%)single factor control group,a control group of antibiotics(aureomycin,50mg/kg)and.one more control group which only fed the basal diet,totally with 13 groups,the experimental process lasted 42 days.The effects of adding chitosan,acidifier and different combinations on growth performance,slaughter performance and immune organ index of BroilersAt the 1st d,21st d and 42nd d of the experimental period,weighing the broilers without feeding breakfast,counting the number of dead and feeding consumption.Calculating the daily gain,average daily feed intake and death rate,and Random select 5 broilers in each group at the 42nd d of the experimental period to mensurate slaughter performance,meat quality and immune organ index.Results show:1~21d:in terms of average daily gain,chitosan and acid were added in different combinations,compared with the control group,G,H,J group increased by 11.14%,8.09%and 8.46%respectively(P<0.05).In the aspect ratio of feed to meat,chitosan and acid were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the control group was 5.07%,4.34%and 5.80%(P<0.05),respectively,compared with the control group,G,H and M.The average daily feed intake was not significantly different between the groups.21~42d:in the average daily gain,G,F,H group average daily gain was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the other combinations had different degrees of increase,but the difference was not significant.Ratio of feed to meat and average daily feed intake were not significantly different between the two groupssemi eviscerated chitosan addition and Acidifier group was significantly lower than the antibiotics control group(P<0.01);add a different combination compared with the blank control group,G(P<0.05),K(P<0.01),L(P<0.01)group was increased by 8.51%11.79%and 10.43%other groups,the difference was not significant.In the whole net chamber rate,the other groups except K group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The effects of adding chitosan,acidifier and different combinations on broilers’gastrointestinal pH and intestinal microfloraRandom select 5 broilers in each group at the 42nd d of the experimental period determinating the pH in jejunun,ileum and cecum,and collectting the amount of Escherichia coli,Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus of the jejunum,ileum and cecum.Results show:In the G group and H group and control jejunum pH significantly increased(P<0.05),the difference of data of crop,gizzard,stomach,ileum and cecum pH between the groups were not significant(P>0.05).Add different combinations were significantly lower than the control group,compared with the blank control group,G,I,L group were decreased by 27.5%,the number of Escherichia coli 22.54%and 25%,significant differences(P<0.01);the number of Lactobacillus in jejunum of E group and F group increased,but not significant(P>0.05),the other groups were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The number of single addition of chitosan and Escherichia coli in the cecum acidifier group was significantly lower than that of the antibiotics control group and blank control group(P<0.05);adding amount of Lactobacillus chitosan and Acidifier group was significantly higher than that of antibiotics in the cecum and the blank control group(P<0.05),the addition of different group H and I group were increased by 16.8%and 16%,the difference is very significant(P<0.01),the other groups were significantly different(P<0.05);acidifier group caecum Bifidobacterium number was significantly higher than that of blank control group and antibiotics(P<0.05),add different combination and the blank control group and antibiotics,are different increase the number of Bifidobacterium in the cecum,significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant effect of chitosan,acidic agent and different combinations on the microbial in the ileum.Addition of chitosan and acidifier and antibiotics control group and blank control group,the content of IgA,I,H J,K,L group was significantly higher than that of the antibiotics control group and blank control group(P<0.05),the content of IgG in addition to E,F group,the combination of antibiotics and control group and blank control group the difference was significant(P<0.05).The addition of chitosan and Acidifier group alone,spleen index was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),and the antibiotics control group no significant difference(P>0.05);according to the different combinations of add,except L group and M group,the thymus index did not reach significant level,the other groups were significantly higher than the control group of antibiotics and the blank control group(P<0.05),the spleen index were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and the L and M groups were increased by 34.2%,significant difference(P<0.01).Synthesize the results of experimental indexes in this study,chitosan,acidifier and different combinations can improve the growth performance and enhance the immune function of the body and improv the environment of the digestive microorganism tract.chitosan and acidifier can take the place of antibiotic,and Combined add chitosan(0.05%)+acidifier(0.10)have the best effect.
