Zamioculas zamiifolia Rehd. Peperomia obtusifolia, Sempervivum tectorum and Villadia batesiiare evergreen perennial herbaceous plants, suitable for indoor landscaping, ornamental value isunique, is a new type of foliage plant, its rapid propagation system is of great significance for factoryproduction and breeding.This study money tree and douban green leaf as explant, against the explanttype, sterilizing, inoculation methods studied, hormone concentration, etc.This study emerging in recent years the high quality money tree, watercress green foliage plants,Sempervivum tectorum and Villadia batesii, built to establish efficient and concise micropropagationsystem, for the new factory production of foliage plants and improved varieties and breeding worklays the foundation, provides the foundation for further genetic engineering improvement material.The main results were as follows:(1) the different explant best disinfection processExplant suitable disinfection procedures: first rinse with tap water for30min, detergent soak30min, water rinse10min, the material placed in a super clean bench, with70%alcohol surfacedisinfection10s first, and then treated with2%sodium hypochlorite solution. Z. zamiifolia, Z.zamiifolia and Villadia batesii best time for20min, P. obtusifolia for15min.(2) Z. zamiifolia Rehd rapid propagation systemZ.zamiifolia leaves piece, according to the results of this study on the Z2medium (MS+6-BA1.0mg· L1+NAA0.1mg· L1), the blade cut out of the formation of callus and adventitiousbud, can directly form the complete plant.(3) Z. zamiifolia rapid propagation systemP. obtusifolia in P3(MS+6-BA2.0+NAA0.15mg· L-1mg· L1) can obtain the completeplant. P.obtusifolia renewable ability, high propagation coefficient, the root of hairy root, root easilyhappened.(4) S. tectorum rapid propagation systemUsed stem tip induced multiple shoot clumps, multiple shoot clumps in axil.In the S8(MS+6-BA2.0+NAA0.15mg· L-1mg· L1) medium proliferation effect best, multiple shoot clumps budssmall seedling cultivation.Buds only in S14(MS+IBA0.3mg· L1) medium has roots.(5) V.batesii rapid propagation system Villadia batesii with stem tip induced multiple shoot clumps, multiple shoot clumps in axillary,in V6(MS+6-BA1.5mg· L1+NAA1.0mg· L1) multiple shoot clumps on the greatestnumber.Best rooting medium to V7, namely the MS hormone-free medium.
