Wheat is an important food crop worldwide. There is around35%to40%of the population as a major grain of wheat.China is the world’s largest producer and consumer of wheat.Therefore maintaining high yield and stable yield of wheat is particularly important. Shannon22is a limited bred by the Laizhou Denghai of semi-winter and late-maturing,that is characterized by seedlings prostrate, tillering strong, moderate spike rate and more compact plant. In this thesis, with maize Shannon22as test material, Trinexapac is screened as a good plant growth regulator with a plot experiment and confirm appropriate quantity.The study screened out Trinexapac on physiological regulation of wheat and cleared-cut Trinexapac of lodging mechanism and the impact on wheat yield. The paper also screened Trinexapac used in combination with DA-6and best use of time and ratio. Trinexapac combined with Brassinolide used to study the joint use of plant growth regulators on the regulation of wheat, clarify the regulation of plant growth regulator agent in combination with wheat.1. This paper studies the different concentrations Trinexapac treatment on growth traits in wheat by taking plot field trials. The results showed that:Trinexapac jointing stage treatment can significantly reduce plant height, shorten leaf length, increase leaf width and increase the chlorophyll content of wheat. That is similar effect of80mg·hm-2MET treatment. Spraying Trinexapac can increase the effective panicles of wheat to improve grain number, thereby improving yield. Trinexapac can increase rate of10.88%of150mg·hm-2deal.2.This paper studies the effects on wheat stem trait and clear the effects on the wheat lodging resistance of different concentrations Trinexapac by taking plot field trials. The results showed that spraying Trinexapac can shorten the internode length, increase stem diameter, stem wall thickness and stalk plumpness. Trinexapac can reduce the center of gravity of wheat stalk, on the other hand increase the strength of wheat, thus increasing the lodging of wheat.3. This paper studies the regulation of Trinexapac used in conjunction with the DA-6physiological effects and yield of wheat through field plot experiments. The results showed that the jointing stage spraying150mg·hm-2Trinexapac, flowering spray20mg·kg-1amine hexanoate, the joint use of the two agents can be a good regulation of plant growth. Trinexapac can reduce plant height and increases stem thickness, reaching seedlings purposes, thereby reducing the lodging of wheat. DA-6flowering using can improve the protection enzymes of plants, delay leaf senescence, increase filling rate and increase wheat production. Trinexapac used in conjunction with DA-6can increase production13.07%.4. This paper studies the regulation of Trinexapac used in conjunction with the BR physiological effects and yield of wheat through field plot experiments. Trinexapac with the combined effects of BR can reduce plant height, enhance photosynthetic rate, delay leaf senescence and increase production. Trinexapac used in conjunction with BR can increase production13.13%.
