Black fungus is one of the important ingredients in our country. To promote the healthy development of black fungus industry, the establishment of high yield, high efficiency and automation of black fungus growth automatic control system has become a general trend of black fungus production technology all over the world. Therefore, realization of black fungus production network, intelligent and improve the production efficiency of black fungus will be very meaningful to the sustainable development of agriculture in our country.Temperature and humidity is the key influence factors of black fungus fruiting body in the process of growth and development. Based on the latest research at home and abroad, we use the PLC control principle and configuration application technology to set the information collection, transmission, monitoring and control platform of black fungus fruiting body growth environment and implement the black fungus growth environment monitoring system based on PLC. The system could be used for black fungus growth at different stages of temperature and humidity environment parameters, such as real-time monitoring in order to improve the production efficiency of black fungus effectively. This system can reduce the ratio of agaric to rot due to the environmental conditions, and laid a theoretical basis for fungus growth environment monitor.This article builds a major black fungus growth environment monitoring system based on PLC mainly containing the PC monitoring system which is builded by the MCGS configuration software and a collection and transmission control system which is buided by the Siemens S7-200PLC, sensor and awater pumps. In the lower system, the temperature and humidity sensor collect and transfer the temperature and humidity of the area information to the PLC.It Transfor the information to pc in real time. The PC receives the signal, storage and processing it and compare with the preset standards at the same time. Cording to the control command is sent down a machine to control the water pump. The PC set up parameters setting, real-time display, real time curve, history curve, simulation animation, report forms and report to the police, and other functions. PLC is compiled by STEP7programming software. Program includes the main system program, the interrupt program that control the acquisition time, the temperature and humidity collection program and the scale transformation program. Finally, the running stability of the whole system is analyzed with the test in order to set the black fungus growth simulation environment monitoring system based on PLC.After the test, the laptop design black fungus growth environment monitoring system based on PLC works steadily. Black fungus growth environment of temperature and humidity automatic control can be implemented successfully. This system has a strong operational and a strong application value. It is very suitable for application in the black fungus production.
