South root-knot nematodes is an important vegetables pathogenic nematodes which cause significant yiled loss of vegetables.trans-2-Hexenel is a C6volatile substances release to the environment by the plant and microbe, which has nematicidal activity and high compatibility with the environment.This paper compared two kinds of dosage forms of trans-2-Hexenel to root-knot nematode indoor virulence, pot experiment and field validation test clear effect on root-knot nematode disease prevention and control;At the same time, through the analysis of traditional method to study the trans-2-Hexenel influence on soil microbial populations, in order to preliminary clear influence on soil ecosystem, and for its safe vegetables in protected area will provide a scientific basis for reasonable application.The main results were as follows:1.
